The measure of success of any IT Service offering out there is that it is a win/win long term situation.  Both parties are happy all the time.  Reality is that this will never happen under the break/fix models of the past and the current “Managed Service” models that cover this but charge for that.  Comparing apples and oranges is very time consuming, confusing, and extremely frustrating.    

Bottom line is that you deserve better service and in exchange for providing that, we deserve a reasonable profit.  To address this issue and the problems plaguing most “Managed Service” offerings available today, we have designed a Managed IT Service offering that leads the industry in the Tri-State area.

To keep things simple, our all inclusive service pricing model is designed to give you a solid number of what you will be spending for IT Support for your current environment from 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday through Friday and in exchange for that we provide unlimited phone, remote, and on-site support…Period.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

By far, this is the most industry changing technology to hit the marketplace in the last 15-20 years.  It cost effectively combines imaged based backup technology, virtual server technology, and automated off-site data storage in one complete package.    

This service eliminates all traditional file based backup systems and associated costs, worries, and headaches (tapes, software & renewals, secure off-site storage location, staff time, and failed backups).

Besides cost, the technology that separates our BDR solution from all others is the ability to virtualize your system in the event of a Server failure.  This means that we will have you up and running in a matter of hours.  Best case with traditional backup systems is 2 days for a Server hardware failure.  (identify hardware failure – make decision to purchase new hardware – ship overnight – receive by 10:00am – install hardware - reload operating system & backup software – restore data - test).
