Helpdesk

Our Helpdesk is the hub of our Service business.  It all starts here.  All requests for help (phone calls, eMails, monitoring) are logged immediately and tracked through to completion.  We are staffed 8:00am - 6:00pm daily and on call during all other times.      

Implementations

With hundreds of full scale installations under our belt, we have seen it all.  Rest assured you will have very minimal business interruption and a backup safety plan in place in the event that a data migration doesn’t go as planned or if a key piece of hardware fails during an implementation.  

Design

Infrastructure design is the foundation of all current and potential Network functionality.  Understanding your business goals and your vision as to potential functionality needs coupled with the latest technologies and industry standard best practices will allow a flexible, dynamic platform on which to grow.  

Network Administration

Our helpdesk is staffed to quickly and efficiently do things like add/remove user accounts, assign printers, recover files from backup, etc..

We can also help you redesign file storage structures, add/remove network shares, assign network rights, etc..

You name it we can quickly do it.

Project Management

We understand that our customers, in most all cases, do not want to be the middle man.  In this day and age, your internal data network is the heart and sole of your ability to connect to the Internet, to make phone calls, to fax, to run mission critical business applications, etc…  Whether you are planning a satellite office buildout, moving to a new location, switching ISP’s, contracting with a new copier company, upgrading a major business application, or whatever, we will assume that role to pull all of these resources together and manage the work for you.  We will not have all the exact answers like your specific Internet Service Provider, Phone Support Company or your Application vendor might but we have years of experience in these types of scenarios to organize the collective efforts, plan accordingly and execute those plans to achieve the required results.

Outsourcing

Many large organizations draw on our years of experience and engage us for one specific area of a large project.  These engagements encompass all areas of our Service offerings and range from High Level Consulting Projects to adding a temporary set of hands to accomplish a desktop rollout.
